Also Cole, 2002 described training as a learning activity that is focused on acquiring particular knowledge and skills necessary for a job or task. According to De Cenzo and Robbins (1996), training is essentially a learning experience that aims to modify someone's abilities, knowledge, attitudes, or social behavior in a way that is reasonably permanent. As a result, the foundation of every employee development program—orientation, managerial skills, and operational skills of employees—are the necessary components of a good employee training program (Kleiman, 2000).
